The Lenoir City Finance Office is committed to providing excellent service to the citizens of Lenoir City, the general public, City Council, City employees, and all other government agencies.
The Lenoir City Finance Office
The Finance Office oversees the security and management of the City’s financial and property interests. It also houses a collection of most of the City’s revenues including: Property Taxes, Business Taxes, Beer Permits, Hotel/Motel Taxes, and Annual Liquor License Renewals. The Finance Director is Sabrena Norris, and this office helps the City Administrator, Amber Scott Kelso, to prepare, implement, and monitor the City’s Annual Capital and Operating Budgets.
